Siren won the instruction to work on the new 34,000 sq ft Mayfair development. We have worked alongside CBRE to design and develop the marketing collateral inline with the letting strategy. Using a positive space design for the brand and a soft approach strategy, we have been careful to represent the exclusivity of the high quality office accommodation, reflecting the unique opportunity of the development.
