Avestus Capital Partners instructed siren to market the long leasehold sale of the approx. 11,000 sq ft headquarters building on the south side of Grosvenor Street. A piece of traditional Mayfair and a rare opportunity in one of the World's most prestigious locations.

Comprehensively refurbished to a very high standard, the luxurious elegance of the décor and Grade II listing leant itself naturally to a stylish photographic book.

An emboss and clear varnish finish was applied to the illustration, picked up from the wrought iron detailing on the front elevation of the building. A matt cover was designed with a contemporary edge contrasting with the acknowledged traditional Mayfair location.

A double page spread was placed in the Mayfair Times.
