NOMA is a 4 million sq ft, mixed-use re-development of 20 acres in Manchester's city centre. Being developed over the next ten years by the Co-operative Group, the site will also be home to their own new 400,000 sq ft head office, which will be one of the UK's greenest buildings, with a BREEAM 'Outstanding' rating targeted. Siren was appointed to market the scheme earlier in the year and was responsible for launching the project and its new brand at MIPIM in Cannes in March. The team is very excited to be part of a development that is founded on the Co-operative Group's long established socially responsible business ethics.
