This £150m mixed use development by West Properties, situated in the heart of Manchester’s gay Village, was named and branded ‘Origin’ to create a sense of destination.
Aspirational, fashion and statement-led imagery was produced to complement this prestigious development and was used across all marketing.
Among examples was this beautifully bespoke book, produced to secure a fashion designer to the project's development. Successful marketing led to confirmed interest from Matthew Williamson and the signing of a major boutique hotel.
