This £150m mixed use development by West Properties, situated in the heart of Manchester’s gay Village, was named and branded ‘Origin’ to create a sense of destination.
Aspirational, fashion and statement-led imagery was produced to complement this prestigious development and has been used across all marketing.
Among examples was this beautifully bespoke book, produced to entice the likes of Ozwald Boateng, Matthew Williamson and Paul Smith to affiliate their name and style with the hotel and residential interiors. Successful marketing led to confirmed interest from Matthew Williamson and the signing of a major boutique hotel.
